Counselling for men in Brighton & Hove and online

I'm experienced in working with men who might never have had any form of counselling or therapy before, and men who may have previously had some counselling and wanted to deepen their self-awareness and understanding by working at greater depth. 

I recognise that it might be hard for some men to 'open up' and to seek therapy, and you may not be exactly sure about what you need or what you might talk about. That's OK, and I will work with you to go at a pace and in a way that feels right. 

In my experience, some of these anxieties tend to dissolve once we establish our relationship and get into the swing of our sessions.
