Counselling for men in Brighton & Hove and online

I'm experienced in working with men who might never have had any form of therapy before, or have previously had some therapy and wanted to deepen their self-awareness and understanding through further exploration. 

I recognise that it might be hard for some men to seek therapy, and you may not be exactly sure about what you need or what you might talk about. That's OK, and I will work with you to go at a pace and in a way that feels right.
