I'm a qualified and experienced therapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
As well as seeing clients in private practice, I have experience working therapeutically with young adults in a Higher Education setting, and in a specialist trauma counselling service.
I also have extensive experience supporting peoples' mental health, wellbeing and development in the workplace, offering understandings around the challenges of organisational change, conflict and workplace stress - all of which can be areas for examination within therapy.
I've also carried out research into the relationship between music and therapy, and have a strong interest in both of these as vehicles to understand our experience. My research has included examining the ways that therapy can facilitate a more creative, expressive way of being in the world.
Before training as a therapist, I volunteered at the charity The Listening Place in central London who provide support to people who no longer feel that life is worth living.
Feel free to ask about my experience and how I may be able to help by getting in touch.
I’m a registered member of one of the main therapy professional bodies in the UK - the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) - and practice according to their ethical framework.
I'm also fully insured, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO reference number: ZB388752).
